This Disclaimer explains the boundaries between BNBSwap's exchange service, the user's transaction instructions, independent blockchain networks and third-party wallets or platforms. It is intended to clarify how quotes, network fees, confirmations, irreversible transfers and external services affect an exchange.
The live order and selected route determine the transaction BNBSwap is asked to process. Users should review the asset, network, amount and destination before sending funds.
Quote and Rate Changes
Crypto exchange rates can change between reference market data, quote refreshes and the creation of a new order. BNBSwap shows the current executable quote for the order, while charts, converters and rate tables are reference information.
The canonical quote refresh cadence is every 23 seconds, and a fixed-rate window of up to 9 minutes can be available where the selected route supports fixed-rate mode. A quote is not permanent after its applicable order window has expired.
Minimums, Fees and Receive Amounts
BNBSwap has a project minimum starting from about $13 equivalent and an estimated service-fee range of 0.31%–1.09%. The actual live order can have route-specific limits or conditions, so the exchange form remains authoritative.
Blockchain network fees are separate from the service fee when they are charged by the source or destination network. A wallet or third-party platform can also apply its own withdrawal or deposit-related conditions outside BNBSwap.
Blockchain Confirmations and Timing
Blockchain transaction inclusion and confirmation are controlled by the relevant network rather than by BNBSwap. Network congestion, transaction parameters and confirmation requirements can affect how long it takes before an exchange deposit is ready for service processing.
BNBSwap's typical processing range is 7–15 minutes after the required blockchain confirmations. That range is a service-processing estimate rather than a guarantee that the entire end-to-end transaction will finish within 7–15 minutes.
Irreversible Blockchain Transfers
Blockchain transactions are generally designed to be irreversible after they are confirmed by the network. BNBSwap cannot simply cancel a transfer that a user has already sent to an external blockchain address.
Before sending funds, verify the asset, network, amount and deposit details shown for the current order. Do not reuse an old address or assume a previous order's instructions apply to a new transaction.
Wrong Address or Wrong Network
A valid-looking wallet address does not prove that the correct network has been selected. EVM-compatible networks can use the same-looking 0x address format, while token tickers can appear on several blockchains.
Funds sent through an unsupported network or to an incorrect destination can require manual investigation and may not be recoverable in every case. Users should verify the receiving network and token representation before confirming the transfer.
Route and Asset Availability
Support for a cryptocurrency does not guarantee that every asset/network combination is available at every moment. Route availability depends on the live service configuration, network status and current exchange availability.
BNBSwap's public content should not be treated as a guarantee that a temporarily unavailable route can always be executed. The current exchange interface determines which combinations are available for a new order.
Third-Party Wallets and Platforms
BNBSwap can send and receive transactions involving third-party wallets, exchanges and blockchain networks, but it does not control those external services. A receiving exchange can use its own deposit rules, confirmation thresholds, maintenance windows or account restrictions.
Users are responsible for confirming that the third-party destination supports the payout asset and network. Questions about a third-party platform's internal crediting policy may need to be addressed to that platform.
Security and Wallet Credentials
BNBSwap does not need a seed phrase, private key or wallet password to create an exchange order or provide normal order support. Users remain responsible for protecting wallet credentials and approving only transactions they understand.
Anyone asking for wallet secrets or unexpected transfers in the name of support should be treated as suspicious. Official support channels are listed on the Contacts page.

Information on bnbswap.io explains the exchange service, supported routes and blockchain mechanics. It is not individualized investment, tax or legal advice and does not evaluate whether a particular transaction is suitable for a user's financial situation.

Is the BNBSwap quote guaranteed forever?
No. A quote applies to the order and rate conditions shown at the time it is created, including any fixed-rate window where available. A new order can receive a different quote when market or route conditions change.
Are blockchain fees included in the BNBSwap service fee?
Blockchain network costs are separate when they are charged by the source or destination network. The live order should be used to review the current service conditions before sending funds.
Can BNBSwap reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction?
BNBSwap cannot reverse the history of an independent blockchain after a transaction has been finalized by that network. Support can investigate an order and explain available options when a transfer was sent incorrectly.
What if I send funds on the wrong network?
Contact BNBSwap Support with the order ID and transaction hash before sending again. Recovery depends on the asset, blockchain, destination and technical access available for that specific case.
Does 7–15 minutes include blockchain confirmation time?
No. The typical 7–15 minute service-processing range starts after the required source blockchain confirmations are reached.
Is BNBSwap responsible for a third-party exchange not crediting a payout?
BNBSwap can provide the payout transaction details, but the receiving platform controls its own deposit-crediting rules and account policies. If the blockchain shows a completed payout, the receiving platform may need to investigate its internal crediting process.
Does BNBSwap provide investment advice?
No. BNBSwap provides an exchange service and information about routes and blockchain mechanics, not individualized investment, tax or legal advice.
